What's covered

Specification and sourcing

Equipment matched to the workload and quoted through authorised distribution, with alternatives priced side by side.

Configuration and imaging

Machines imaged, enrolled in device management and joined to your identity provider before they leave. Available as a service.

Delivery and installation

Delivery to site or to the individual, with on-site installation and configuration for infrastructure equipment as an option.

Lifecycle and warranty

One record of what is deployed, to whom, under what warranty, and when it comes up for replacement.

The problem

The cost of a device is not the price of the device

A machine that arrives unconfigured costs a day of IT time and a week of low productivity. Multiply that across a hiring quarter and the difference between suppliers stops being the unit price.

Hardware and readiness are quoted as separate lines. Take the equipment and prepare it yourself, or have it arrive imaged, enrolled, joined to your identity provider and installed at the desk. The line moves with your team’s capacity, and warranty and lifecycle are tracked centrally either way.

When companies call us
You are hiring and machines are arriving faster than IT can prepare them
A refresh cycle is due and nobody has an inventory of what is actually deployed
Warranty status varies by machine and nobody is tracking expiry
Remote staff are buying their own equipment on expenses
How we deliver
01

Assess your environment

A 30-minute call, then a structured look at the fleet: what is in service, how old it is, what it costs to keep running, and what the work actually demands of it.

02

Plan & quote

A written plan covering the equipment, and the configuration work if you want it, with the alternatives we considered and why we set them aside. Revised until it fits.

03

Implement & support

Delivery, configuration where you have asked for it, and training. Then a named account manager who owns warranty, lifecycle and escalations.

Start with a 30-minute call

Bring the situation, not a specification. You leave with a written view of what we would do and in what order.
