Every domain is available either way. Guidance and planning gives your team a documented direction; implementation and execution means we do the work.
How do you charge?
Hourly rate, or a flat implementation rate on well-scoped projects. Which one applies is agreed in writing before work starts.
Can you take over an existing environment?
Yes. That usually starts with an environment assessment so we are working from what is actually deployed rather than what is documented.
